Product Introduction
YFFB cable, in full, is a copper conductor, nitrile rubber insulated, nitrile rubber sheathed movable flat cable. It is a specially structured, highly flexible cable widely used in various applications requiring flexible wiring, such as cranes, overhead traveling cranes, and other heavy-duty mobile machinery, providing power or control connections for these devices.
Key Features and Parameters of YFFB Cable:
Structural Design: It employs multiple parallel conductor arrangements with high-strength insulating materials isolating internal conductors to ensure stable current transmission. The flat outer design enhances the cable's torsion resistance, with a minimum bending radius of 10 times the cable's small side length or 10 times its thickness.
Material Properties: Conductors are made from high-purity oxygen-free copper wires, offering excellent conductivity and flexibility. Insulation and sheath materials primarily consist of PVC or cross-linked polyethylene, providing reliable electrical insulation along with wear resistance, oil resistance, and UV resistance. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C or -45°C to 120°C.
Performance Parameters: The rated working voltage is AC 450/750V and below. The YFFB model is suitable for overhead crane systems with conventional moving speeds, while the YFFBG model, with reinforced sheath and tensile structure, can accommodate high-speed operation (e.g., speeds exceeding 60 meters per minute).
Primary Applications: It is mainly used as a movable power or control connection cable for equipment, particularly suitable for frequent coiling/uncoiling movements under reels/drums or suspended trailing installations under free hanging.
