NH-BV wire adds a layer of fire-resistant material on the basis of ordinary BV wire. This fire-resistant material is usually glass fiber woven fluorophlogopite mica tape, manufactured through special processing technology.

It features outstanding high temperature resistance, insulation performance, fire resistance and flame retardancy, as well as corrosion resistance. The fire-resistant layer is generally wrapped around the surface of the conductor.

According to fire resistance requirements, the fire-resistant layer can be designed as single-layer or double-layer, and its fire-resistant performance varies accordingly with different structural layers.
