BTTZ cable, also known as heavy-duty copper core copper sheath mineral insulation cable, is a type of mineral insulation cable that uses a copper sheath to wrap the copper conductor core and employs magnesium oxide powder as an inorganic insulation material.

High temperature resistance, fireproof, explosion-proof, non-combustible: BTTZ cables can operate at 250 ℃ continuously for a long time at high temperatures, and in extreme conditions at 1000 ℃, they can also operate for a short period of 30 minutes. They also feature high current carrying capacity, small outer diameter, and high mechanical strength, with a long service life, generally not requiring a separate grounding wire.
Completely fireproof: BTTZ cables themselves do not burn and will not create a fire source. Even if the flame burns at a temperature below the melting point of copper, the cable can still be used normally after the flame goes out.
Strong overload protection: When the circuit is overloaded, as long as the heat does not reach the melting point of copper, the cable will not be damaged.
Excellent anti-corrosion and explosion-proof performance: Seamless copper pipe sheaths are waterproof, moisture-proof, and resistant to chemical corrosion, and copper pipes also have explosion-proof properties.
Long lifespan: BTTZ cables are made of inorganic materials, eliminating the issue of insulation aging, and their lifespan can be more than 3 times that of ordinary cables.
