Rated voltage: 0.6/1kV.
Rated operating voltage: light load 500V, heavy load 750V.
Rated current: single core 25A-1800A, multi-core 16A-500A.
Insulation resistance: Insulation resistance > 1000MΩ·km. If the cable length is less than 100m, the insulation resistance is >10000MΩ.
BTTRZ cables possess superior fire resistance properties. Their fire rating not only meets the national standard GB12666.6A Class 950℃ 90 minutes, but also satisfies the British standard BS6387-1994 requirements for Grade A 650℃ 3 hours, Grade B 750℃ 3 hours, and Class C 950℃ 3-hour. Simultaneously, they can withstand water spray and mechanical impacts during combustion. The continuous length is substantial; whether single-core or multi-core, the length can meet power supply demands, with each continuous length exceeding 1000m. They feature large cross-sections; single-core cables can have a cross-section of up to 630mm², and multi-core cables up to 70mm². The cable is flexible, capable of being coiled on a reel with a bending radius of 6-10D. It burns without smoke or toxic fumes, utilizing inorganic materials for insulation. No harmful gases are produced during combustion, nor is secondary pollution caused, making it a truly environmentally friendly product. The cable exhibits high overload capacity, not only possessing a large current carrying capacity but also significant overload resistance. The manufacturing process for BTTRZ cables is similar to that of BTTZ cables, but BTTRZ cables offer enhanced flexibility and flame-retardant properties, facilitating easier transportation, greater flexibility, and safer usage.
